- Jane Matthews Added October 01, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆we had tenders from this company and 2 other builder and by far these guys were the worst, most unprofessional people we came across.
we waited 5 weeks for a tender and when it came it was littered with errors and items which we told them we wanted either included and left out. then back it went for more changes, another week passed before we got it back.
the staff are extremely rude and never apologetic when they promise you a date and dont deliver. this all stems from the top down.
so glad we pulled out and went with another builder who's build quality and service have been excellent right from the word go. my advice is don't waste your hard earned $1,500 on a tender as you will have wished you never parted with it.
